ES Projects (ESP) is a creative solution finder. The backbone of ESP is the ability to co-manage clients, designers and the design process, suppliers and sub-contractors resulting in the successful execution of unique projects, on time and on budget.

ESP provides services to all types of productions and projects drawing on our expertise across project management, construction methods, structural and technical design and our experience of event industry demands and requirements.

ESP is goal driven, and this ethos applies to our project management service. ESP draws on the combined specialised technical skills of the team to deliver unique scopes, with the ability to identify and work within project constraints.

ESP can deliver a turnkey project management service from the initiation phase through to completion, or be engaged in isolation to manage a particular phase of a project. ESP has the flexibility to adjust as per the clients needs.

ESP offers a Main Contractor service, assuming responsibility for the supply of all material, labour, equipment, engineering and other services necessary for the construction of a project.

With a strong network of trusted suppliers, ESP has the ability to subcontract works to other specialists, whilst centrally managing the project contract and conditions, budget and milestones.

With a long established and strong network of trusted suppliers, ESP can also offer a consultancy service across our key areas of expertise – design and construction methods, structural and technical design and logistics.
